Join our Warehouse Distribution Centre in Shah Alam and play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy and smooth order fulfillment across our e-commerce and retail operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, inventory, and operations, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Support daily stock movements, including inbound, outbound, and returns.
- Process and track online orders across e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Conduct stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Update inventory and order information in warehouse systems.
- Prepare basic operational reports and support replenishment planning.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, e-commerce fulfillment, or related areas.
- Familiarity with inventory systems, ERP, or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment based in Shah Alam.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
