Role Description:
- Carry out security site surveys on new businesses and ongoing businesses including C360 Deposita machine when required.
- Respond and assist the branch in any defect reported until the issues are closed.
- Update the BTS and MSP information and necessary files consistently.
- To conduct covert and overt surveillance on ATM and CIT teams during day and night shift.
- To conduct surprise body checks at servicing sites and CPC against crews, vault officers and cashiers.
- Standby during weekends to attend and assist emergency cases or incidents when needed.
- To perform monthly or random physical security inspection and surveillance on branches nationwide.
- Carry out periodic vehicle inspection at Petaling Jaya branch on security systems and equipment.
- To conduct ATM site count locally when required
- Retrieve and download CCTV recordings of armoured vehicles and perform functionality and compliance checks.
- To conduct ATM/CDM cash count at Petaling Jaya branch and achieve the targeted hits.
- Perform periodic drug testing to targeted staff and ensure appropriate action is taken against alleged suspects.
- All tasks carried out must be supported and evident with related pictures, videos and reports based on the guidelines and instruction outlined by your Superior.
- Conduct and support cash loss Investigation when required.
- Support the NSC department during week days and weekends when required by the Management.
- To perform other special tasks related to security as required by the Manager.
Job Qualifications:
- Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- Fresh graduated or with at least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Possess own transport and able to travel at least for a week.
- Willing to work in shift (day/night) when required.
- Able to support another operational unit when short of manpower.
- Able to present solutions in written and oral reports.
- Pleasant attitude and personality and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
