Investment Associate

A leading private equity investment firm with a strong presence across Asia is seeking a Senior Analyst / Associate to join its investment team in Malaysia.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the full investment lifecycle, working closely with senior investors on transactions across multiple sectors and markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial modelling, valuation analysis, and investment assessments for potential transactions.
• Support due diligence processes, including financial, commercial, operational, and market analysis.
• Perform industry research, competitive benchmarking, and market intelligence to identify investment opportunities.
• Assist with investment memoranda, investment committee materials, deal structuring, and transaction execution.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, transaction advisory, or a related investment-focused role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
