Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive investment support, education, and guidance to clients, prospects, and Relationship Managers.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, investment experience, expectations, and risk tolerance to develop tailored strategies.
- Deliver timely market updates and provide clear, tactical investment strategies to Relationship Managers to enhance their functional competencies and professionalism.
- Develop comprehensive investment strategies and asset allocations appropriate to individual client profiles.
- Coordinate the execution of investment strategies with appropriate products and services, ensuring seamless implementation.
- Proactively monitor client portfolios for performance, appropriateness, and new opportunities, making necessary adjustments to optimize returns.
- Provide regular updates on investment insights to clients, prospects, and Relationship Managers.
- Identify and communicate any issues or limitations related to products, platforms, operations, systems, or pricing to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain current knowledge of competitor investment capabilities, product offerings, and pricing policies to ensure our competitive edge.
- Ensure the integrity of the sales process and maintain strict compliance with all internal (ARBM) and external regulatory policies.
