Remuneration (Annual: RM500,000 - RM800,000)
- Fixed base compensation (competitive and stable)

Key Responsibilities
- New Client Acquisition – Proactively grow a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients through strategic networking, targeted outreach, events, referrals, and consultative sales techniques.
- Investment Product Sales & Distribution – Advise and distribute Crewstone's suite of investment products and solutions, leveraging personal networks and client relationships to maximize reach and impact.
- Financial Planning & Advisory – Deliver tailored investment advice and comprehensive wealth solutions that align with each client's financial objectives, risk profile, and investment preferences.
- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with HNW/UHNW individuals, business owners, and institutional investors, ensuring portfolio growth and client satisfaction.
- Deal Origination – Identify, source, and introduce high-quality investment opportunities and capital partnerships, including proprietary deals, co-investments, and private placements, in line with Crewstone's strategic objectives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or private banking
- Proven sales track record in managing and growing portfolios of HNWIs, family offices, or institutional investors.
- Demonstrated hunter mentality with a strong ability to source, engage, and close new clients and investment opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client portfolios effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
