Role Description

This role provides hands-on support across the company's investor relations and capital activities. The Associate will assist in preparing investment and shareholder materials, coordinating investor communications. The position requires strong organization, financial literacy, and discretion, and offers exposure to corporate finance, capital markets, and senior-level decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support preparation of corporate fundraising and investor materials
• Assist in investor outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management
• Coordinate shareholder communications and capital updates
• Liaise with investment banks on capital deployment opportunities
• Support review and comparison of bank-originated proposals
• Track capital deployment, cash flows, and performance metrics
• Prepare internal summaries and management reports
• Maintain investor records, documentation, and data rooms

Requirements

• 13 years experience in corporate finance, banking, consulting, or related roles
• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent
• Strong financial literacy and analytical skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Highly organized, discreet, and detail-oriented
