Investor Relations Executive

Agroz Group is a Malaysian Agritech company specializing in indoor vertical farmingdesigning, building, operating, and selling controlled-environment agriculture farms, as well as growing and distributing fresh produce locally. We integrate with technology (software, AI, IoT), sustainability (soil-free, water-efficient, pesticide-free), and education/awareness (urban farm in a mall) to disrupt traditional farming models and enhance food security, local freshness, and supply-chain efficiency.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and articulate Investor Relations Executive to act as a key bridge between Agroz Group and the investors and financial community. This role is essential in maintaining our corporate reputation on the global stage, ensuring our investors are well-informed, and managing our relationships with international and local PR/IR agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content & Communication:Draft and edit high-quality press releases, newsletters, and corporate announcements.

Assist in preparing investor presentations, factsheets, and annual reports.

Ensure all communications align with Agroz's brand voice and NASDAQ disclosure requirements.

• Agency Liaison:Act as the primary point of contact for our PR and IR agencies.

Coordinate the distribution of news across global newswires and media outlets.

• Investor Community Management:Monitor and manage investor inquiries via the corporate website and dedicated IR email.

Organize and coordinate logistics for investor roadshows, webinars, and quarterly earnings calls.

Help maintain and update the Investor Relations section of the Agroz website.

• Market Monitoring:Track market trends, peer company performance, and analyst reports to provide internal updates to the leadership team.

Monitor social media and financial forums for investor sentiment regarding the company.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Communications, or Public Relations.
• Experience: 12 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, or at a PR/IR agency.
• Language Skills: Exceptional command ofEnglish(written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency inMandarin Chinese & Bahasa Malaysiais a significant advantage given our regional expansion and investor base.
• Soft Skills: High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Familiarity with financial news platforms or CRM tools is a plus.
