Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Coordination & Onboarding

  • Manage Limited Partner (LP) requests and provide timely email responses.
  • Coordinate client onboarding activities, including account openings, fund offering documentation review, and legal agreement verification.
  • Set up internal systems and support project planning for new client adoptions.

Operational Support

  • Maintain and update distribution lists within internal systems.
  • Handle bank account callback verifications, audit confirmations, and perform bank reconciliations.

Data Management & Analysis

  • Gather requirements for data collection, conversion, mapping, loading, and reconciliation.
  • Analyze current data and ensure accurate reporting in required formats.
  • Develop strategies and propose solutions to achieve project goals effectively.

Technology & Automation

  • Collaborate on internal and external technology solutions to meet complex reporting and data requirements.
  • Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and enhance value-added services for clients.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends in the asset servicing industry.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Fund Services, Client Success, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure successful client launches and conversions.

Project & Ad Hoc Support

  • Assist with ad hoc projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an area such as finance, accounting, data analysis, information technology, or related discipline.
  • Candidate with related experience with accounting or finance background is preferred.
  • Must have relevant finance/accounting experience and be familiar with data analysis.
  • Investor service experience is required.
  • PE/VC fund admin experience is advantageous.
  • Project management experience.
  • Good business understanding and commercial acumen are essential.
  • Analytical and time management skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in system migration and project management will be an advantage.
  • Able to manage multitasks and work under pressure.
  • Responsible and proactive and is a good team player.
