Job Description
- Manage and review end-to-end invoice processing activities.
- Resolve complex invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment processing in accordance with company policies.
- Perform month-end closing activities, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting.
- Monitor and analyse AP performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
- Lead process optimisation and continuous improvement projects.
- Support automation and standardisation initiatives across finance operations.
- Collaborate closely with finance, procurement, treasury, and business stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Senior AP (Korean Speaker) Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in Korean (min TOPIK Level 5) and English, both written and spoken.
- Min 1 years of experience in AP/AR or invoice
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools used in the retail industry.
