Job Description

Job Title: Senior L3 Support – SWIFT Domain

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Experience: 6–9 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Application Maintenance / Production Support Engineer with strong expertise in the SWIFT domain. The candidate will provide L3 production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and application maintenance for critical banking/payment systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L3 support for SWIFT applications and payment systems
  • Troubleshoot production issues and ensure SLA compliance
  • Perform incident, problem, and change management
  • Coordinate with business, infrastructure, and development teams
  • Monitor applications and support release/deployment activities
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive fixes

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in SWIFT messaging and payment systems
  • Knowledge of MT/MX messages, SWIFT Alliance, and banking operations
  • Experience in Unix/Linux, SQL, and application monitoring tools
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes and production support model
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
