What are you accountable for
- Drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for IoT solutions and strategic propositions, ensuring strong alignment with business objectives and market trends
- Lead the end-to-end development of IoT solutions across multiple domains, including Industrial IoT (IIoT), Smart Cities, Connected Devices, and IoT Enablement Platforms
- Identify market opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to shape product direction and innovation
- Define, prioritize, and manage product requirements and backlogs based on customer needs, business priorities, and market demand
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, sales, marketing, and operations to deliver scalable and commercially viable IoT solutions
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of integrated IoT offerings covering hardware, software, connectivity, and managed services
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, value propositions, and launch plans, to drive customer adoption and revenue growth
- Build business cases, financial models, and revenue forecasts to support product investment and prioritization decisions
- Own product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market developments to inform enhancements, innovation, and future roadmap planning
- Achieve annual revenue and growth targets for assigned IoT solutions and strategic propositions
- Drive continuous product improvement and innovation to maintain competitiveness and customer relevance
What do you need to have for this role
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within IoT, telecommunications, software, or technology-driven environments
- Proven track record of delivering successful products and driving measurable business growth
- Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed organizations
- Strong understanding of IoT technologies, including devices, platforms, connectivity, data, and services
- Solid experience with Agile product development methodologies and frameworks
- Proficiency in product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable outcomes
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
- Strong business and commercial acumen, including experience developing business cases and financial models
Preferred Certifications
- Certified Product Manager (AIPMM) or equivalent
- Project Management Professional (PMP PMI)
- Telecommunications or technical certifications such as 5G, Cisco, or related technologies
