- Experience is electrical commodity ie PCB, Passive component and semi-conductor devices.
- Participate in MRB meeting and verify Line Fall Out defect highlighted by operation.
- Send FA sample to supplier, receive and review supplier FA report. Track return of FA samples.
- Issue and review SCAR, provide feedback during GYAT on actions taken with suppliers. Coordinate with internal team
for component evaluation, verify the effectiveness of the corrective actions.
- Compile focus supplier DPPM performance report.
- Preparation and monthly/weekly meeting with focus suppliers, review quality data and improvement actions.
- Conducts supplier audit and First Article Inspection Report approval.
Job Requirements- Degree in Engineering
- 5 years of quality management experience in Contract Manufacturing of PCB & Box Build Assemblies
- Experience in managing quality personal and quality controls implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement
- Must possess the urge to strive for excellence
- Strong Oral/Written and interpersonal communication and leadership skills is required
- Excellent computer skills in MS office and able to work on odd hours (when required)
