Role Description The Islamic Financial Servicing Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ipoh. This role involves providing Shariah-compliant financial advisory services, including assessing clients needs, explaining takaful and insurance solutions, and supporting long-term financial planning aligned with Islamic principles. The advisor will meet clients regularly, prepare personalized proposals, assist with policy servicing and claims-related queries, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and recommendations. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the agency team to achieve sales and service targets, participating in training and briefings, and staying updated on Prudential and Prudential BSN Takaful products, compliance requirements, and market developments. The advisor is expected to deliver professional, ethical advice while contributing to a positive and performance-driven work culture.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory to assess client needs and recommend appropriate Islamic financial solutions.
• Knowledge of Finance and Investments, including Shariah-compliant options and risk management principles.
• Experience or understanding of Retirement Planning, particularly in designing long-term takaful and savings strategies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• Ability to work on-site in Ipoh, manage client portfolios, and collaborate with agency leaders and team members.
• Relevant academic background in finance, economics, business, or related fields is an advantage; professional certifications in financial planning or Islamic finance are beneficial.
• High level of integrity, customer-focused mindset, and commitment to adhering to regulatory and Shariah compliance standards.
