Job Description

Comply with Malaysian law, ISO/RBA requirements, company policy target, other applicable rules and regulations.
Support development of organization business standard based on business function.
Collect and analyze data on related processes and or operation.
Prepare analysis report and proposal on related improvement based on organization function.
Develop and implement organization business standard based on organization function. (5S, etc.)
Implement skill management for skill and organization function.
Support and promote manpower training plan based on TNA and Skill Map Analysis.
To support certification or re-certification activities in obtaining required ISO and other requirements certification or re-certification in BMMY
Implement PDCA cycle in all activities done.
Any other duties assigned by superior.

Job Requirement

Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree, Master's Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Environmental / Health / Safety),All Engineering Field
Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
Have knowledge of QMS/EMS/OHSMS/ISMS/EnMS/RBA
Able to work independently with least supervision
Good communication skills in English, Malay, language for both spoken and written
Advantage if able to use Japanese in writing and speaking.
