IT Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring excellent service delivery
• Understand client IT needs and translate them into tailored solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals and project plans
• Drive business development and support sales initiatives
• Act as the key liaison between clients and solution teams

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• At least 3 years relevant experience
• Strong foundation in IT solutions (cloud, AI, networking, or infrastructure)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Expert in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis & reporting)
• Proven ability in account management or business development is a plus
• Passionate about technology and customer success
