Manage and coordinate device acquisition and decommission accordingly.
Ensure maintenance of devices are on schedule and replace any broken / damaged devices.
Propose, upgrade new and latest hardware that suitable for the office and business.
Track all IT asset listings like screen monitors, LCD Projectors, television into the system.
Provide user access to SharePoint and approve all workflow in OAS 365 system.
Create PO, CAPEX, and upload contract agreements in the system.
Update asset assignment and receival in the system.
Monitor maintenance of Telco services and provide sim cards to sales / merchandisers team.
Register internal / new vendors and get quotations for any required service and products.
Approve and follow up on vendor invoices for the service / products provided.
Support event coordination such as townhall and executive meetings at workplace.
REQUIREMENTS:
1-2 years working in IT department in an end-user support and administration or a related field.
Basic understanding of workplace technologies such as Microsoft Office 365 and in-depth knowledge of its features and functionalities.
Basic understanding of networking setup such as local area network and configuration.
Solid understanding of device and vendor management.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information to stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
