Develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, including digital transformation, automation, AI initiatives, and change management.
Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, cybersecurity standards, disaster recovery plans, and best practices.
Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and end-user computing environments.
Oversee helpdesk operations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement preventive solutions.
Manage IT budgets, procurement, vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Support system implementations, software development projects, and business application enhancements.
Perform IT asset management, including hardware, software licensing, and equipment lifecycle management.
Lead, coach, and develop the local IT team while ensuring high service standards.
Prepare reports, business cases, and technology recommendations for management.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend continuous improvements.
Travel to company locations as required to support IT operations and project implementation
Qualifications
High school diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, or IT management.
Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and Microsoft technologies.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure Fundamentals, ITSM, and ITIL practices.
Experience with network technologies, firewalls, routing, switching, and office IT infrastructure setup.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity policies, IT governance, disaster recovery, and compliance.
Experience managing IT vendors, budgets, procurement, and service contracts.
Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives, automation, or AI-related projects is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively under pressure.
Experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry will be an added advantage.
Willing to travel frequently (up to 60%) when required.
