What you'll do:
- Leading the migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Managing the company's overall IT operations
- Overseeing cybersecurity and infrastructure
- Managing IT vendors and budgets
- Leading the IT team
- Acting as the bridge between IT and business departments
- Driving digital transformation initiatives
What we want:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of IT experience in a manufacturing environment, including leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience with ERP implementation or migration, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and business systems.
Experience:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365: 5 years (Preferred)
