IT Analyst – Applications & Business Support (Fresh Graduate / Final Semester Students)

We are looking for an IT Analyst – Applications & Business Support to support business applications in a post-production environment.

This role will be responsible for assisting users with system-related issues, performing initial troubleshooting, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.

You will act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams by gathering issue details, documenting problem statements, and following up on incident resolution and enhancement requests.

In addition, you will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system enhancements, and post-production activities together with QA and Business Analyst teams.

This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, communication, and learning how business applications operate in a real working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for business application issues and user enquiries
• Perform initial investigation and troubleshooting for reported incidents
• Log, track, and follow up on tickets and defect issues
• Work closely with technical teams to coordinate issue resolution
• Assist in documenting issues, user requirements, and system behaviour
• Support UAT testing and enhancement activities
• Escalate unresolved issues when necessary
• Ensure timely updates are communicated to users and stakeholders

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with experience in IT support, application support, customer support, or UAT coordination are an added advantage
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to coordinate with different teams and users effectively
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
