Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Support Analyst will be responsible for the ongoing support and maintenance of the internal IT systems and infrastructure needed to support TrustQuay's business with input in the design and implementation of improvements around the technology stack.
Provide support in accordance with business requirements, relevant laws and regulations and ensure that all current compliance levels are adhered to
Adhere to IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by senior management
Undertake the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all IT desktop infrastructure,including PCs, operating systems and software applications
Document processes and procedures and update existing documentation, including system and user manuals, and details of modifications and upgrades
Provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services, within agreed SLAs
Keep current with the latest technologies, both hardware and business-enabling software, and ensure the business is always using the most appropriate and market leading technology solutions
Who are we looking for:
5+ years experience in an IT support environment
Highly computer literate with Business Analysis skills
Solid experience of supporting users at 1st and 2nd level including remote users
Good awareness of VMware, Hyper-V, Active Directory (Azure and On-Premise), O365 and Powershell
Good awareness of cloud technology such as Azure and AWS for provision of business services
Experience of IT governance frameworks such as ITIL and ISO27000
A passion for innovation and implementing new and appropriate technologies
Familiarity with cloud-based hosting options (primarily Azure but including AWS and GCP)
