Key Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and enhance enterprise IT operation applications across business functions
- Develop and configure application features based on functional and technical requirements
- Perform application monitoring, incident analysis, and root cause resolution
- Participate in application deployments, upgrades, and patch management activities
- Support the IT Operation Transformation, such as requirement analysis, testing, AI tool deployment and promotion, Project Management Coordination
- Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and security teams to ensure application availability and performance
- Provide Level 2 Operation application support and resolve production issues within defined SLAs
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and audit requirements
- Assist in vendor coordination and application lifecycle management activities
