How will you benefit
Gain a Holistic Understanding Of The Operations In The Information Technology Dept By Supporting Day-to-day IT Operations And Work On Digital Transformations Projects, Including
- Provide 1st level IT application support by respond to and resolve user inquiries and issues related to software applications in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in handling procurement of IT assets and maintain organized records of purchase orders, invoices, and vendor communications.
- Support in IT asset and infrastructure management across group.
- Learn about the world of work and experience first-hand what it's like to work in an office, interact with supervisors and colleagues, and handle internal customers.
- Two (2) internship positions available with internship allowance of RM 1,000 per month.
This role is the right fit for you, if you are/have:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science /Information Technology, or equivalent. Preferably final-year students who are looking for internship opportunities and are expected to graduate afterward. High-performing interns may be offered a permanent position upon successful completion of their internship.
- Hands-on experience and knowledge in Windows OS, software/applications, PC hardware, IT peripherals.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and BM.
- Proactive and motivated individual, who is always eager to learn and grow.
