Additionally, aim to consolidate tools across our affiliates, eliminating duplication and streamlining of resources.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
Verification and validation of the IT solutions
- Ability to go through and validate the IT solutions for business and provide support making the right decisions for the business and IT
- Explore the alternative solution and compare them and help to make best suitable solution
- Validating the technical solution and its roadmap to ensure solutions are viable for current requirement as well and it suits for future needs too.
Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements .
- Understanding the business requirements and modelling them into visual representations (flow diagram, process flows etc..)
- Identifying the actual bottlenecks and ability to propose /choose the best solution to the both employee and the company
IT Portfolio management
Portfolio Management for projects / demands raised within the local application landscape.
- Managing the local application inventory with regular updates form the affiliate stakeholders (Business owners, Solution Owners)
- Managing TOM of each application including associated costs with the applications and charge back model
System Documentation
- Documenting the requirements and functional specifications
Are you a MATCH
- At least 8 years of IT work experience with a broad range of exposure to various technical environments & business applications
- Techno functional expert in applications with .Net/Java/Oracle expertise
- Good business process knowledge with strong ability to analyse the business needs and translate them into Functional/Technical specifications
- Ability to convert the business requirements into technical solution.
- Strong communication skills to influence multiple business users.
- Ability to train users on the applications
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
- Organizational skills and strong team player
- Stakeholder engagement
- Fair understanding of cloud services, networks, databases and other technology
