| Job vacancy: IT Associate -Junior Level Working Address: SQ2-9-01, Sunway Square Corporate Tower, 2, Jalan Lagoon Selatan, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor Job Type Available: Permanent Role Job description . Ensure Smooth Functioning and running the entire IT at Company . Provide technical support to employees regarding technical issue such as troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issue. . Organize and manage IT assets, and maintain IT equipment for office use, including laptops, mobile phones, IP phones, servers, network device, user accounts and access etc . Assist in problem resolving and work closely on further IT development and planning. . IT helpdesk / IT administrator . Manage Microsoft 365 Requirements . Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline. . Familiar with network equipment, desktop support and system administration. . Strong communication & change management skills and ability to interact and work with different parties. . Able to work independently, under pressure and when required flexible hours. . Well-organised and able to multitask. . Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin . Candidate must be Chinese, both gender is fine but current working department is fully female . Able to work physically in our Subang Jaya, Selangor (no remote work) . Preferable age not more than 27 . Prefer candidates who can start immediately |
