IT Business Analyst Job Scope 1. Support Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation and day-to-day System support 2. Provide end-user support, testing, and training 3. Consult and work with relevant Users and Subject Matter Experts / SME (both internal and external) on ERP-related requirements and provide solutions. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: .Collecting and documenting business requirements based on the requirements provided by Users .Modelling business requirements and translating them to application and operational requirements .Provide 1st and 2nd level support for business and operation teams .Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related application issues, determine appropriate actions, discuss actions .with stakeholders, implement, review, and test approved activities for desired outcomes .Test and implement software updates, new system functionality, report development, and queries. .Support local application development and support across the product supply and commercial processes .Document process changes and communicate effectively with users and vendors create training .documents and facilitate training sessions for end users .Design and create relevant reports and provide technical assistance to end users for reporting .Provide system training to end users and other relevant staff .Estimates the implementation cost (including change request) based on the agreed requirements .Participate in change management activities QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: .Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or equivalent .3 to 5 years experience in hands-on design, analysis, and providing solutions for ERP systems .Experience in modern ERP implementation (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, etc) or upgrades working with external .ERP vendors .Experience in the Manufacturing industry with strong business process acumen and knowledge .Experience in supporting businesses and operations in a Manufacturing environment .Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, data analysis, and attention to detail .Must be able to multitask and project manage many tasks simultaneously .Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal .Able to work with different levels of people from cross-functional teams to proactively identify areas of improvement within all disciplines of the company .Require some level of travelling within the APAC region |
