- At least Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analysis & Visualization Ability to query, interpret & analyze data to generate meaningful insights and eloquently communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Dealing with cloud software business process management and agile methods.
- Strong communication skills with excellent English and interpersonal skills to manage change and perform in a global matrix environment and demonstrated ability in stakeholder management.
- Strong willingness and ability to learn.
- Passion for digital sales and service processes covering business requirements, solution designing, and hands-on implementation, paired with an interest in CRM software (ideally Salesforce area).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
