Responsibilities:
This role's responsibilities include the following:
- Analyse and interpret regulatory mandates (internal, local & regional and schemes) to determine business impact.
- Analyse the new mandates co-relation & impact to existing mandates & systems
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (business units, cross-business units, IT teams,
- schemes) to gather and document the requirements (functional / problem statements /
- JIRA stories).
- Conduct gap analysis between current business/operational/systems and new requirements; to identify risks, impacts and areas of improvement
- Responsible for end to end requirement and design phase and providing consultation to test team on test plan and test script
- Coordinate and communicate requirements and designs with project members, vendors and relevant stakeholders. Secure commitment on delivery schedule & effort estimation from all parties.
- Present requirements/functional/JIRA stories in IT demand meetings
- Consolidate IT estimations based on the requirements/JIRA stories/design presented.
- Assist in the preparation of UAT test plans and support UAT (together with Project
- Analyst/Testers) and implementation
- Develop and maintain documentation, reports and dashboard to track compliance implementation progress and issues
- Preference with Banking Domain and/or Cards Domain experience
- Track projects progress
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Finance/Banking or related field.
- Min. 4 Years of Experience as a Business Analyst (Banking/Cards is a plus)
- Willing to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
- Indonesian and Malaysian citizen are welcome
