Role Description

As a Requirements Engineer, you'll work closely with stakeholders, developers, data scientists, and product teams to shape precise, reusable requirements and scalable processes that streamline how we design and deliver technical solutions. Your work will enable consistent, high-quality production for customers and the businessleveraging structured data and emerging capabilities such as large language models (LLMs).

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business analysis, system design, data transformation, and AI innovationespecially within the context of international trade and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications - Must Haves

• 5+ years as a Technical BA in regulated industries (trade, logistics, finance)
• Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics or similar
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data, including XML, CSV, and government publications
• Strong BRD/FRS documentation skills
• Excellent analytical, documentation and communication skills
• Familiarity with AI/LLM use cases (e.g., automations, strength and limitations).
• Experience creating detailed business process documentation (text & diagrams)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI/ML concepts or integrating with LLM-based systems a plus
• Basic Java/Python for technical collaboration.
• Experience with SQL, JSON, or data transformation tools
