Your new role

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that support critical sales and customer management processes.

• Gathering and analysing business requirements from regional and global stakeholders.
• Translating business needs into Salesforce solutions and configurations.
• Supporting the development and enhancement of Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities.
• Collaborating with development teams throughout design, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years of experience working within Salesforce consulting, business analysis, or functional consulting roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Exposure to Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities.
