Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for IT staffing and recruitment services.
• Acquire new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, MSPs, and direct customers.
• Understand client hiring requirements and collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver quality talent.
• Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and client meetings to negotiations and account management.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Identify market trends and explore new business opportunities.

Required Skills

• 4–5 years of experience in IT Staffing Business Development.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and B2B sales.
• Strong understanding of IT recruitment and staffing services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience working with direct clients, MSPs, or implementation partners is highly preferred.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
