Engineer - Data Center
Contract role 6months
Must be able to work shift basis 12hours (Day/ Night) including weekends
Job Requirement
- Responsible for a shift in a 24/7/365 working environment including on-call rostered basis shift
- Good experience in Linux
- Strong troubleshooting experience in Network, storage, server and software application
- cabling knowledge in data center will be an advantage
- Participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all production server hardware, and software.
- Provides 2nd level technical support ,manages escalated support cases and leads appropriate internal technical resources and/or 3rd party vendors to resolution.
- Assist with server operating system and application upgrades, bug fixes, and patching.
- Troubleshoot basic switch issues and replace switches
- Perform replacements of failed components such as hard drives/ DIMM
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Looking for someone can start work immediate basis and open for contract rol
- Rotational shift 12hours with new start up environment based in Johor Bahru
