Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data in the company's database or system.
- Review and verify data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify and correct errors in data records where required.
- Assist in data-related projects, including compiling reports, analyzing information to supporting decision-making processes.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and/or physical) for easy data retrieval.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data confidentiality requirements.
- Support ad-hoc tasks or administrative duties assigned by the supervisor or department head.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook) — proficiency will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to work in Kawasan Perindustrian Balakong, Seri Kembangan.
