Program Overview:
Our IT & Digital Internship Program offers a unique opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience and exposure to a variety of IT and digital roles within our organization. Interns will work on real-world projects that contribute to business growth, leveraging the latest technology and digital strategies. You will work alongside professionals in the IT and Digital domains, including experts in areas like SAP, Cybersecurity, Digital Project Management, Internet of Things (IoT), and more.
IT Internship Roles
- SAP Basic: Assist in the basic setup, maintenance, and support of SAP systems
- Site IT/Desktop Management: Help with desktop support and site IT infrastructure management
- Cyber Security: Participate in supporting the organizations cybersecurity initiatives, including monitoring and risk mitigation
- IT Helpdesk: Provide first-line support for IT-related queries and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- IT Network Engineer: Support the management of network infrastructure, including troubleshooting connectivity issues and network performance
- SAP ABAP: Assist in ABAP development tasks for SAP systems
- Server & Messaging: Support server management and ensure efficient messaging and communication systems
Digital Internship Roles
- IT Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of IT-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource allocation
- Project Coordinator: Work alongside project managers to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth project execution
- Digital Project: Participate in digital transformation initiatives, including process improvement through digital tools and platforms
- Internet of Things (IoT): Assist in the integration and maintenance of IoT solutions to enhance business operations
- Project Management Office (PMO): Support PMO activities, including project tracking, reporting, and resource management
- Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the HR team on digital initiatives aimed at improving the talent acquisition process
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Requirements
- Pursuing graduated with a Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Technologies, or a related field. Technical Skills (for IT-related roles)
- Familiarity with SAP and generalIT systems
- Basic knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and server management
- Understanding of programming languages (e.g., ABAP, Python, Java) for development roles
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and cybersecurity best practices is a plus. Technical Skills (for Digital-related roles)
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- Basic understanding of IoT technologies, digital transformation tools, and talent acquisition systems.
- Ability to work with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A proactive approach to learning and contributing to projects
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience:
- Previous internship experience or academic projects related to IT or Digital functions will be an advantage but is not required
- Current students in relevant fields are encouraged to apply.
