Role Summary
Responsible for designing and optimizing user experience across e-commerce platforms and internal systems (intranet/ERP interface), ensuring seamless digital interaction that supports business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. UI/UX Design & Optimization
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for e-commerce and internal platforms
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve experience
- Ensure consistent design standards across all digital touchpoints
2. E-Commerce Platform Support
- Collaborate with business teams to enhance online sales platforms (Shopee, Lazada, website)
- Optimize customer journey, conversion rate, and user engagement
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams for campaign integration
3. Intranet & Internal Systems
- Develop and improve company intranet for employee engagement and communication
- Support HRMS, ERP, and internal tools usability improvement
- Drive digitalization of internal processes
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with IT, Marketing, HR, and Sales teams
- Translate business needs into digital solutions
- Manage external vendors or developers when required
5. Digital Innovation & Strategy
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends and digital best practices
- Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction
- Support digital transformation initiatives
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Design, Computer Science, or related field
- 58 years experience in UI/UX, digital product, or e-commerce environment
- Experience in FMCG / retail / e-commerce is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
