Design, develop, and provide ongoing support for the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
Assist in MES configuration, deployment, and system upgrades, and support integration with other enterprise systems.
Perform system testing (UAT) and validation to ensure the quality and reliability of MES enhancements and changes.
Conduct user training sessions, provide operational guidance, and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
Design and develop barcode label and paperwork template design
Provide technical support and guidance, including troubleshooting and resolving MES-related issues such as system errors, data inconsistencies, and integration failures to ensure the stability, performance, security, and scalability of the MES environment
Provide 24x7 operational support for MES systems through a rotational on-call schedule.
Deliver second-level technical support for MES applications within the shopfloor environment.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in supporting applications across distributed environments. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong programming skills, including .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Python.
Solid knowledge of database technologies such as SQL Server and Oracle.
Experience with SOAP UI and RESTful APIs will be an added advantage.
Exposure to Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) will be considered an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving and issue triaging capabilities.
Good understanding of support processes and change management practices.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural and multinational environments.
