IT Engineer (Senior/E2/E1) – Reporting and Dashboard
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements for reporting and analysis.
- Expert in create professional reports/dashboard to deliver insightful information (charts, tabular, graph, etc.)
- Analyze and improve reporting performance including data accuracy, timely report delivery and ease of report access.
- Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Perform Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) programming maintenance and development.
- Create custom mapping in ETP tools to manipulate and transform data into reports
- Write T-SQL and PL/SQL store procedures, views, functions and build SSIS or others ETL packages using integration design, data architecture, and high-performance techniques.
- Provide 24x7 standby on call support through a rotational on-call schedule
- Conduct user training sessions and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must have experience with RDBMS like Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Database and SQL programming.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL programming
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with programming languages such as Python
- Understanding of statistical analysis and modeling
- Knowledge of database design and data warehousing principles
- Ability to work with large datasets and analyze complex data
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural and multinational environments
