KL is a key hub for their Asia operations, and IT plays a central role in supporting growth, modernisation, and digital initiatives across the region. The team here works hand-in-hand with global counterparts while retaining real ownership of regional priorities — decisions get made locally, projects move at pace, and your work has visible impact on the business.

We're partnering with them exclusively to find an (Assistant) Project Manager with solid ERP / SAP exposure and some hands-on project management experience under their belt. This is an excellent next step for someone ready to move from supporting roles into owning workstreams — with the backing of a senior PM and a globally established IT function.

The Role

• Support the delivery of ERP / SAP projects across the region and globally — rollouts, enhancements, integrations, and BAU improvements
• Own discrete workstreams: planning, tracking, risk logs, status reporting, stakeholder updates
• Coordinate across functional consultants, technical teams, vendors, and business users
• Help drive UAT, cutover planning, training, and post-go-live support
• Keep documentation, timelines, and budgets in good shape — the unglamorous work that makes projects actually land

You'll

• Need 4–10 years in IT, with genuine ERP exposure — SAP strongly preferred (any module: FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, etc.)
• Some project management experience — formal PM role, PMO support, or workstream lead on an implementation
• Comfortable with project tooling (MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent) and the basics of project governance
• Strong organisational instincts, clear written communication, and the confidence to chase people politely but firmly
• PMP / Prince2 / Agile certs area plus Manufacturing or regional MNC experience is a bonus
• Excellent English
