Responsibilities
- Act as the primary IT point of contact for warehouse operations, supporting day-to-day system issues, incident management, and service requests.
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring system issues and drive permanent fixes in collaboration with vendors and internal IT teams.
- Coordinate UAT, system enhancements, and configuration changes for warehouse-related applications prior to production deployment.
- Support system integrations between WMS, ERP (SAP ECC/S/4HANA), TMS, automation systems, and 3PL/4PL partners.
- Manage change requests, release management, and system upgrades to ensure business continuity during warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Project Delivery to deliver IT solutions which meet business requirements.
- Deployment of product management methodologies and standards.
- Deployment of applications within agreed time, cost and quality requirement.
- Deployment of project delivery tools, methodologies and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with internship or project exposure in IT, logistics, or warehousing will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes (e.g. inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, dispatch).
- Exposure to enterprise systems such as WMS, ERP (SAP ECC/S/4HANA), TMS, or similar systems is a plus.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
