1. Support digital workplace solutions and endpoints
2. Working knowledge of on-premises Active Directory & Azure Active Directory (Entra).
3. Working knowledge in employee onboarding & offboarding
4. Experience in supporting users for Office 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365 functionality, configuration, and usage.
6. Familiar with unified endpoint management solutions, including Intune and Defender
7. Familiar in supporting Windows 10 & 11 administration and security patching.
8. Ensure services provided adhere to service level agreement.
9. Familiar with ticket handling solutions (Service Management tool)
10. Communicate user needs, priorities and customer satisfaction.
11. Collaborate with IT Infrastructure & IT Security team to perform regular review and update hardening standards for various operating systems and platforms.
12. Provide knowledge sharing to other Digital Workplace personnel.
13. Familiar with Audio/Video conferencing (Teams and meeting room equipment)
14. Support internal company events for Audio/Video
15. Flexible on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support coverage.
16. 5 days a week on-site availability for user support.
17. Execute process improvements and development of policies, procedures and tools to optimize overall use of resources.
18. Perform or coordinate the security incident handling, documentation, root cause analysis, troubleshooting and post-Incident reports.
19. Any other tasks that are assigned by superior or management.
Job Requirement:
Sense of ownership and pro-activeness in end user support
Passionate about technology and support
Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and cooperate with diverse teams in multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Professional degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of working experience in an end-user support role
Keep abreast of the latest technologies and technological opportunities.
