IT Executive

• To provide Technical Support and assistance for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. To diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including network connectivity problems.
• Hardware and Software Maintenance - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, printers, and other hardware devices. Install and upgrade software applications, ensuring compatibility and optimal
• Network Administration Assist in setup, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues including connectivity problems and security concerns.
• User training - Conduct training sessions for end-users on the use of hardware, software, and other IT resources. Create documentation and manuals to assist users in resolving common issues independently
• Security and Data Protection - Implement and maintain security measures to protect computer systems, networks, and data.
• System Upgrades and Migration - Plan and execute system upgrades, including operating systems and software applications. Assist in data migration projects and ensure seamless transitions

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in information Technology / Computer Science or any field
• Proven experience as IT Technician or in similar role.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of computer system, hardware and software application.
• Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skill.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
