DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and managing IT plan and policies for the company.
- Provide consultation and proposal of IT solutions for the purpose of improvement.
- Managing IT team and assigning project to team members.
- Prepare, manage and monitor budget and IT expenses.
- Act as Project Manager for any IT project undertaken.
- Administration for network devices, computer hardwares, systems within the organization.
- End-user PC supports in term of hardware, email, MS Office and other application software.
- Keep track of current IT asset/Inventory, IP networking listing, Email Address listing, PRF documentation, IT Resource and Access Application, IT Support Backup and Restore maintenance, IP phone, CCTV, etc.
- Vendor liaison.
REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 - 5 years related working experience.
- Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration of IT solutions that are aligned with IT standards and business strategies
- Excellent communication skills both Bahasa & English
- Set demanding targets and able to motivate teams and individuals to deliver outside their comfort zones whilst further developing excellent working climate.
