Job Description
Main responsibilities expected:
Run activity : handle and manage system alerts until resolution and process user s requests (analyze and debug)
Participate to projects and develop, maintain, and optimize scripts and SQL databases, ensuring data integrity of reconciliation applications.
Troubleshoot infrastructure middleware components such as FTP servers and MQ messaging services and correspond with the infrastructure providers for fixes or incidents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in finance and technology.
Work experience :
Senior: > 6years of experience with Linux and shell scripting as well as SQL and production support
The ideal candidate will also possess knowledge of financial market operations.
Academic requirements :
Bachelor's or master degree in information technology engineering, or eventually project management field.
Required technical Skills :
Proven experience in shell scripting in a Linux/Unix environment.
Strong proficiency of SQL (Oracle-oriented)
Understanding middleware technologies such as FTP and MQ messaging systems.
Familiarity and knowledge of Citrix is a plus.
Experience with job schedulers, particularly Mainframe Scheduler TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler for Z/OS), is a plus
Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems
Understanding of ITIL framework or similar service management best practices
Requiered Soft Skills :
Quick learner, capable of rapidly acquiring new technical knowledge.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
