Job Description
- Review current accounting and finance workflows to identify gaps and inefficiencies
- Lead initiatives to redesign and standardize processes across different markets
- Work with stakeholders to roll out more efficient and scalable ways of working
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver automation solutions
- Work closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to implement improvements
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including requirements, UAT, go-live, and stabilization
- Lead cross-functional projects involving Global HQ, local finance teams, IT, and external vendors
- Manage and develop a team, driving performance and continuous improvement
- Set clear goals, monitor KPIs, and provide coaching and feedback
The Successful Applicant
A Successful IT/Finance Transformation Manager Should Have
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or Management Information System
- Over 10 years of experience in Finance and IT Transformation roles
- Over 2 years of experience leading a team
- Strong experience in process improvement, systems implementation projects
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders (Business & IT)
- Hands-on experience with SAP FI and finance systems/tools
- Exposure to automation, BI tools, or digital transformation initiatives
- Exposure to end-to-end finance processes (AP, AR, GL, etc.)
