Network Support: manages and maintains the organization&aposs network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and other networking devices.
System Support: responsible for managing servers, operating systems, and system software. And ensures that necessary practice configurations, and security measures are in place to facilitate access controls.
Service Support: assist end user with technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and other IT-related problems. Provide guidance to users in navigating and using various IT systems, applications, and tools. Help with software installations, account setups, password resets, and other user-related inquiries.
Security Support: responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of IT controls, monitoring network activities, conduct risk assessment to identify potential vulnerabilities and assessing compliance with internal policies and best practices.
Job Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in IT / Networking / Engineering / Computer Science
Experience in Windows Server & Linux.
At least 2 year experience in Server Administration, Virtual Machine
