- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems / Technology and holds a CCNA or equivalent certification.
- Over 5 years of global IT support experience with strong proficiency in workstation, network, and infrastructure hardware, alongside 3+ years of hands-on networking experience with Juniper, Cisco (Layers 13) and SDWAN.
- Familiar with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform), enterprise monitoring platforms, and basic programming (Python preferred). Skilled in documenting incidents, resolutions, and scalable processes.
- Proven track record in project leadership and stakeholder engagement, with structured, proactive, and independent working style.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels, with a strong team-oriented mindset and ability to coach and share knowledge.
