IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and track IT infrastructure orders from initiation to closure

Coordinate with engineering, operations, vendors, procurement, and project teams

Monitor order milestones, SLAs, risks, and delivery timelines

Track provisioning requests for servers, networking, storage, cloud, and data center services

Maintain accurate reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics

Escalate and resolve delivery issues and bottlenecks

Ensure compliance with operational processes and documentation requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure coordination, service delivery, order management, or project coordination

Understanding of servers, networking, storage, cloud services, and data center operations

Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Salesforce, Oracle systems, or similar platforms

Strong Excel, reporting, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Preferred:

⭐ Knowledge of OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP

⭐ ITIL certification or Service Management experience

⭐ Exposure to procurement, supply chain, or asset management processes
