Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure System Engineer – Workspace with a strong focus on Modern Workplace technologies. This role will play a key part in designing, implementing, and evolving the Group's endpoint management and operating system deployment strategy, with a growing focus on Intune, Azure, and cloud-based device management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Operating System image architecture, aligned with modern workplace and cloud-first strategies
- Design, build, and maintain OS images using SCCM, MDT, Intune, and modern provisioning approaches
- Lead Intune-based device management, including policies, compliance, and deployment models
- Support and evolve SCCM–Intune co-management or transition strategies
- Plan, validate, and execute global OS and security update rollouts
- Drive Windows 11 lifecycle management and feature upgrades
- Work closely with global teams to define standards, pilot solutions, and execute rollouts
- Automate and optimise workspace processes using PowerShell (Python is a plus)
- Ensure endpoint compliance with security and lifecycle policies
- Provide clear documentation, reporting, and knowledge transfer
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 6 years in IT infrastructure / workspace management
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Intune
- Azure / Entra ID
- SCCM (Current Branch) and modern endpoint management
- Proven experience in OS deployment architecture, not just BAU support
- Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 deployment and lifecycle
- Experience supporting global or regional environments
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

- Experience with Autopilot
- PowerShell automation for endpoint management
- Exposure to cloud-first or hybrid workplace transformation projects
- Experience in multinational or shared services environments
