About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on System Engineer – Workspace to support enterprise endpoint management and modern workplace operations within a global enterprise environment.
This role focuses on SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, endpoint lifecycle management, Windows deployment, software packaging, patch management and Workspace operational support activities.
The ideal candidate should possess strong practical experience in enterprise endpoint engineering, troubleshooting, deployment operations and Workspace support within large-scale environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support enterprise endpoint management platforms including SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune
- Support Windows endpoint lifecycle management including deployment, imaging, software installation, patching and device compliance
- Perform operating system deployment (OSD), task sequence management and endpoint provisioning activities
- Support modern workplace technologies including Microsoft 365, Active Directory and endpoint compliance operations
- Troubleshoot endpoint deployment, application, patching and Workspace operational issues
- Support software packaging, deployment and application distribution activities
- Manage endpoint operational governance, monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support Windows 10 / Windows 11 migration and endpoint modernization initiatives
- Collaborate with global IT teams to support enterprise Workspace operations and end-user computing (EUC) environments
- Ensure operational stability, security and compliance across enterprise endpoint environments
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in enterprise endpoint engineering or Workspace support environment
- Strong hands-on experience in SCCM / MECM administration and endpoint management operations
- Experience supporting Microsoft Intune and modern workplace environments
- Good understanding of Windows endpoint lifecycle management and deployment operations
- Experience in operating system deployment (OSD), imaging, patch management or software deployment
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy and Microsoft 365 environments
- Exposure to Windows Autopilot, endpoint compliance or PowerShell scripting is an added advantage
- Strong troubleshooting and operational support capability within enterprise environments
- Experience supporting enterprise EUC / Modern Workplace / Endpoint Engineering environments preferred
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
