IT Intern

Annata is looking for interns to join the Internal IT team, who will help to ensure that Annata's IT systems, software & end user devices are kept up to date and issues are resolved in a timely manner. Candidates will learn about IT in a Microsoft environment, gaining exposure into the business's infrastructure, support, security and development.

Responsibilities will include:

• Respond to end user issues and support tickets appropriately according to overall priority
• Maintenance of IT equipment, software licenses and subscriptions
• Assisting with onboarding and offboarding employees, including setting up accounts, devices and access rights
• Installing and configuring software, applications, and new hardware according to given specifications
• Train end users on software and hardware usage, aligned with IT security policies and best practices
• Maintaining and configuring the IT infrastructure, including Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform and other cloud applications
• Research AI tools and capabilities for potential use cases within the business
• Research new and developing technologies for potential use cases within the business
• Monitor security threats to the network, accounts and devices
• Collaborating with other IT team members and external vendors to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations
• Participate in IT projects
