Location: Menara Lien Ho, Tropicana, Petaling Jaya

Internship intake: March/April 2026

Internship duration: 6 months

What You'll Do

• Support the team in gathering and analyzing data on market trends, customer behavior, and channel performance to identify insights that contribute to product and commercial initiatives.
• Assist in the coordination of digital product activities, including documenting user requirements, supporting testing activities (such as UAT), and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Help maintain and support digital platforms and tools such as CRM, DMS, SFA, digital payment solutions, and route optimization systems to enhance commercial effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support ongoing digital projects and process improvements.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize insights and support decision-making.

What We're Looking For

• Open for students looking for mandatory or voluntary internship placement or interested students up to their final year in their program
• Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Analytics, or any related field.
• Minimum attachment period of 6 months.
• Creative thinkers with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong command of English language (written and spoken).
• Active involvement in extra-curricular activities or participating members of committee groups.
• Willing to be based at the PJ office, Menara Lien Ho, Tropicana.
